The Capston at Embassy Gardens

Developer: Ballymore Group
Interior Designer: Bryan O'Sullivan

Commissioned by Ballymore, with interiors by Bryan O’Sullivan, this project at The Capstan, Embassy Gardens is a refined Central London residence overlooking the river. The interior is defined by a crisp, architectural approach to detailing, where contrast, proportion and materiality are carefully balanced.

CMD Bespoke delivered a suite of fitted joinery elements that integrate seamlessly within the space, enhancing the clarity and flow of the open-plan living and dining areas. A restrained palette of soft neutral tones is offset with darker joinery accents, creating depth without disrupting the calm, minimal aesthetic. Handleless cabinetry and precisely aligned shadow gaps contribute to a clean, uninterrupted finish, while integrated storage and services are discreetly concealed throughout.

In the bedrooms, bespoke wardrobes continue this language, combining practicality with a refined, pared-back elegance. This project reflects CMD Bespoke’s ability to execute highly resolved contemporary interiors, where precision detailing and material contrast create a quietly confident and cohesive living environment.
